      because of RAM and ROM
      try to close all apps and widgets
      clean ram....try to reset factory reset.. :)

      If your phone is rooted try "Jelly Dream 2.6 ROM" ..It's very smooth ..For me this is the best custom ROM based on ICS ..try it on xda-developers.com

      try to re download sd data
      don't put this"http://www.androdkade.com" as password
      juts "www.androidkade.com"
