2 Put files "com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftM3HM" to sdfiles/android/data
3 Instal Apk Turn On Net wifi or Gsm  
4.Play

Instruction 2:-

1.Download the Torrent.
2.Install apk (Don't Run)
3.Extract zip "theamazingspiderman_1347598732110"
4.Copy 'com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftAMHM' folder to 'Android/obb/'
5.Enable "Internet" for "1st run To Install"
else you will get "Network Error MSG"
Wait for Install "It Will Take Time", play exit.
6.2nd time Play "Offline"

      yes it will work...but you may face little lags....
      in my Arc S v2.3.4 less lags no effect in game play
      try .....:)

      might be problem..of ICS...try it on gb..
      am using gb 2.3.4 no rooted arc s...
      and all the games in my blog..are full tested.. :)

    here is it guys the RIGHT instruction
    1. Create a folder named "obb" on your phone
    First OPEN Android.
    2. Copy the obb game folder it's like "com.XXXX.XXXX"
    3. Copy the .APK file into the "com.XXXX.XXXX" folder and install it!
    4. ENJOY! Playing your game.
    NOTE: If the game needs an INTERNET it should be on. It's okay if it's 3G or Wifi.
